Do you sell brand name pills?
Yes, we sell either brand or generic pills.

What is the quality of generic drugs?

Are the generic pills sold here FDA approved?
Preparations in our online catalog are Indian FDA-approved.

Do you require a prescription?
If you are going to buy drugs intended for sale with a prescription we are to request it. You may send it to our email (Contact Page) in DOC, TXT, Img, Pdf. If you opt to over-the-counter drugs, nothing special except for ordering procedure should be done.

What shipping rates do you have?
The regular delivery fee is $10.00. Express delivery costs more – $30. The fee is fixed. It doesn’t depend on the destination.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship drugs internationally. If you have any customers of destinations you are welcome to use our contact form to get the response.

What if the package is damaged or something is missing?
In this case, you should address our customer care department. We have offered two options: reshipment free of charge or refund.

What shipping method do you offer?
Currently, our online pharmacy offers 2 shipping options: Trackable Courier Service takes 5 – 9 days. The waiting period will take a maximum of 14 days to deliver. The tracking number for express delivery starts to be active within 4 business days after the order is dispensed from the office. Airmail service takes 14 – 21 days. The packages are not trackable and will take a maximum of 30 days.

What does your ordering procedure include?
For making an order, every customer should follow the instruction for use. First of all, choose the prescribed product. Then, you opt for the quantity and strength you need to buy. The next step is to proceed to the “Checkout”. Filling all the mandatory shipping and payment details, press the “Submit” button. After the order is successfully accepted and processed, you will receive the confirmation email.
